A hedged judgement about an action or situation as it stands now: it seems to be becoming our signature pose, I don't think the crew knows that song, sounds like you're adjusting well. Because it is attached to an action verb it covers what is going on or generally true, whereas ㄴ 것 같다 and 은 것 같다 look at something finished and ㄹ 것 같다 at something still ahead.
