Most lines here are 뭔가 "something" in front of 만들다 "make", leaving what is being made deliberately vague: he's making something, invest in AI and build something with it, a character produced with animation and AI, it looks like they made the tteokbokki sauce themselves. Two other lines use a different -인가, the "or thereabouts" tag on a number or noun: a facility that can produce thirty million or so, I think it was a cup they made and sent home.
