This is one of the indefinite words for someone, something or somewhere sitting in front of 오다. Two clusters show up: literally someone arriving or coming over, and 와닿다, where something comes and touches you, said of a song or a phrase that resonates. One line uses a different job of the same ending, attaching it to a number to mean about five or so.
