Every line here has 뭔가 "something" or 누군가 "someone" in front of 시키다, which means both "order (food)" and "make someone do something". Ordering: should I order something? Being made to: I don't like doing things someone else told me to, I'd go mad if they asked me to do something, when you leave home nobody makes you do anything. The 뭔가/누군가 in front is what leaves the task or the person unnamed.
