can you see that it's ___?

거 is casual 것, the modifier says what state the thing is in, and 보이다 asks whether the viewer can see it: 안에 치즈 터진 거 보이세요? 'can you see the cheese bursting out inside?', 하늘이 달라진 거 보이시죠? 'you can see how the sky has changed, right?'. This is presenter language — the standard way to point a camera at something — and the polite 보이세요 / 보이시죠 dominate these lines.
