-ㄴ 거 picks out an option by a quality — the black one, the strong one, the one with two beds — and 가다 here means choosing it, exactly as English 'let's go with...' does. 하얀 거 가야겠지? 'we should go with the white one, right?'; 쎈 거 갑니다 'going with a strong one'. This is spoken shorthand for making a pick, not literal going.
