Asks whether some thing exists — usually something the listener needs, wants, or has done. Three of these lines are 필요한 거 있-, the standard offer of help: 필요한 거 있으면 또 말씀하세요 'let me know if you need anything else.' With 있죠? it flips into a 'look at this' opener rather than a question: 근데 저는 이렇게 참외 껍질 까다 만 거 있죠?! is showing you a half-peeled melon. 은 거 있다 is the same construction after a different ending and does the same work.
