Five of these lines are the same set phrase: 뭐니 뭐니 해도 — "say what you like", "when all's said and done" — used to crown a favourite. 뭐니 뭐니 해도 집이 제일 편한 것 같아요 is "when it comes down to it, home is the most comfortable place". Learn it whole; taking it apart is not worth the trouble. A related shape appears in 중학천이니 뭐니 해서, where 이니 뭐니 means "and whatnot", listing things loosely.
