니까 빼다

A reason clause with "-(으)니까" (since, because) followed by 빼다, "take out, exclude". All four lines here are someone reasoning aloud while striking an item off a list: the medicine prize only went to RNA researchers, so leave it out; it's a small city-state, so suppose we exclude it; this one's exceptional, so if you take it out; the US is just Nvidia, so set that aside. 빼다 is also the word for arithmetic subtraction, which is close to what these speakers are doing.
