Only some of these lines show a real pattern, where a noun plus this ending and 보다 means to regard something as that thing: a place you could call a close friend's house, a looseness you rarely see because the person is a celebrity. In most of the rest, the sound comes from 아니라, meaning not that but, simply happening to be followed by 보다 as a separate verb, as in no, listen, or the ability to watch rather than skim. The examples do not establish a single meaning, so only the regard-as sense is safe to rely on.
