라도 가다

go at least somewhere

The 라도 particle marks a fallback: not the ideal thing, but better than nothing. Every line here is someone settling for a smaller version of a trip or outing, such as at least getting close by, at least going to Jeju, going even if it is late, going somewhere nearby, going alone if no one else will. Compare plain 도, which means also or even but without the note of compromise.
