-(이)라도 marks what is handed over as a bare minimum rather than the right gift: 힌트라도 줘요 힌트! (at least give us a hint!), 그거라도 줬어야지 (you should at least have given her that). 뭐라도 주다, 'give anything at all', turns up twice — it is what you say when you badly want to give something and have nothing suitable to hand.
