라도 모르다

Six of these seven lines are the fixed phrase 혹시라도 모르다, "on the off chance you don't know". It is the standard polite lead-in before explaining something the audience may already understand: I know you all know this, but in case anyone doesn't; since there might be people who don't know; let me explain briefly just in case. 혹시라도 is "just in case, on the remote chance", and it softens the explanation so it doesn't sound condescending.
