"-(이)라도" means "even just X", settling for a lesser option, and 내다 is putting something out — paying, producing, or issuing. Paying: did you lot pay even a single won, at least pay the tax then, five coins for the guy who paid even "one". Producing: it'd be nice if we at least put out a duet, do you think a nobody like you could put even a scratch on me. One line uses 화를 내다 "get angry" — I'll get angry alongside you.
