go out even just briefly
-(이)라도 cuts the outing down to a minimum and 나가다 is going out: 정말 5분이라도 나가서 'even if it's just five minutes, get out', 잠깐 산책이라도 나가면 안 될까? 'could we at least go out for a short walk?'. It carries a nudge — some going out is better than none, even 억지로라도 'even if you have to force yourself'. 나가다 also means entering a competition, which is the sense in 사격이라도 나가겠어요.
