라 가다

two unrelated things spelled alike

The lines here do not add up to one expression. Some are the blunt imperative 가라 "go, go away," sometimes chanted: 코로나 가라 가라 코로나 가라, 그러면 야 가라 가. Others are the ending -(이)라 "since it is," which just happens to sit in front of a form of 가다: 늦은 시간이라 갈 데가..., 나머지 두 개는 깐깐스러운 분들이라 가서 시킬게요, 돈으로 한 게 아니라 가서 얻어온 겁니다. One more is not grammar at all — 코첼라 갔다 오시고 contains the festival name. We can tell you what each line is doing, but not that they share a meaning.
