'Call it X' / 'tell someone to'

This is -라고 그러다 with the 고 dropped in speech, and it does two jobs. After a noun it means naming: 젓갈을 밥도둑이라 그러잖아 'they call jeotgal a rice thief', 이게... 뭐라 그러지? 'what do you call this?'
