라고 그러다

그러다 stands in for 하다 in reported speech, so 라고 그러다 is the chatty spoken form of 라고 하다. Most lines here pass on an instruction or a request: 그럼 다 읽어달라고 그러지! 'then just ask them to read the whole thing.' It also covers naming — 이 감동적인 걸 뭐라고 그러지? is 'what do you call this touching feeling?' Nothing separates it from 라고 하다 in meaning; it simply sounds more like speech.
