A quoted phrase in "-(이)라고" plus 남기다 "leave behind". Almost every line here is about comments on a video: please leave a comment saying "cheering on all working people", if you made it to the end leave "good morning", someone left "the rambling really goes on", someone commented asking what the similarities are. The quotative marks the exact wording, and 남겨주시면 ("if you'd leave") is the standard polite way a host asks for comments.
