라는 법 없다

no rule says it can't

"-(으)라는 법" is "a rule that says to do it" and 없다 says no such rule exists — so nothing is ruled out. All four lines here use it to argue that something unlikely is still possible: there's no rule against three straight home runs, no rule saying a YouTuber can't jump on it, no rule that says you can't go to Saudi. It usually appears with 말라는 ("not to do"), giving "nothing says you mustn't", and it ends in the agreement-seeking -죠 or -어요.
