-라는 대로 means 'in accordance with what someone told you to do', so 하라는 대로 할게 is 'I'll do whatever you say'. It can be willing cooperation — just do what the referee says — or a warning against it, as in the line telling someone not to simply do as instructed. The same frame takes other verbs: 가자는 대로 가다 is going wherever you're told to go.
