The 러 ending states the purpose of a trip and 들어가다 is going inside. Every line is somebody stepping into a building or a room for a reason: to buy souvenirs, to book a hotel, just to browse, to change clothes, to shower, to record. The near neighbour is 려고, which also means in order to but works with any verb, while 러 only attaches to verbs of going and coming.
