Half these lines quote plain-style speech by simply saying the line and adding 하다, with no quotative particle: 넌 오늘 나한테 넘어올 거야 했는데? 'he went, you're going to fall for me tonight', 우리는 잊지 않을 거야 하는 그런 훌륭한 메시지. Because the quoted words keep their own casual 야 ending, you hear exactly how blunt the original was. Two other lines here are unrelated: 되야 하다 is a common misspelling of 돼야 하다 'has to become', and 우재야 is just someone's name being called.
