요 하다

say a short polite phrase

요 is the particle that makes a short piece of speech polite, and 하다 after it quotes what was said aloud: saying 'one americano, please' at a counter, saying 'and extra on top'. Several of the lines here, though, are mis-split transcription of ordinary words rather than this pattern, so the examples do not pin down a stable expression. Take it as the quoting of a short polite utterance and no further.
