아아

'Ah, I see' — and iced americano

As an interjection 아아 is the drawn-out 'ahh' of understanding or of pain: 아아 그렇구나, 오케이 'ah, I see, okay', and 아아 목! 담 걸린 거 같아 'ow, my neck!' Quite separately, 아아 is the standard Korean short form for an iced americano, from the first syllables of 아이스 아메리카노 — the first line here spells that out. Context tells you which one you heard, and a café is a strong clue.
