Polite 'they say, apparently'

The polite way to pass on what you heard: they say that restaurant is popular with locals too, they say it was the best thing he ever ate in the UK. It always marks the claim as second-hand, so it keeps the responsibility for it off you. Drop the 요 and you get 대, the same thing between friends.
