담

'In that case' — shortened 그렇다면

담 here is the squeezed form of -다면 'if', and five of these six lines are 그렇담 'in that case, then': 그렇담 우리 또 봐용 'in that case, see you again!' It picks up whatever was just established and moves on from it. It is casual and quick, common in captions and chat. (The 담 in 나불거리는 건 뭐 담하고는 is the unrelated word for a pulled muscle.)
