Reacts to a fact with disbelief, delight or dismay and then stops there: to think I'm ordering iced coffee, that I finished a whole bowl, that they missed a story like that, that we have identical music taste, that it smells this delicious. The sentence is deliberately left unfinished because the astonishment is the whole message. 라니 does the same job after a bare noun.
