더라도

even if, even supposing

Concedes a hypothetical: granting that this happens, the main point still stands. 먹고 죽더라도 "even if it kills me", 나갔더라도 "even if I had gone", 좀비 재난이 있다 하더라도 "even if there were a zombie apocalypse". It rides on verbs and clauses, which is what separates it from 라도, the particle that attaches to nouns for even/at least. It is stronger and more hypothetical than plain 어도, and often pairs with 아무리 or 혹시나 for emphasis.
