더라니

'No wonder — I did notice that'

-더라니 says the speaker had noticed something odd and now knows why: 어쩐지, 여기 위생장갑이 있더라니 'no wonder there were sanitary gloves here.' Seven of the eight lines open with 어쩐지, 왠지 or 어째, all of which mean roughly 'somehow / no wonder', and that pairing is the normal shape. The realization is always about something the speaker witnessed themselves.
