at, in, to: place and time

Points at a place or a time: where something sits, when something happens, or where someone is headed. In these examples it lands on "outside", "the kitchen", "last summer", "within ten minutes", "on the left". The neighbour worth learning next to it is 에서, which marks the place where an action is carried out; this one marks where a thing simply is, or the destination you move toward.
