-어야 marks what has to happen, and when a sentence stops right on it, the rest is left as an obvious unspoken 'or else': 그래도 드셔야.. 'but you should eat...', 서로가 싫어하는 걸 안 해야! 'you shouldn't do what the other person hates!' It also appears in 길어야, which means 'at the very most' when sizing something up. Two lines here (풍향 코어야, 해야 해야) merely contain the syllables.
