Also spelled oyu

'Oh my' — and a Chungcheong ending

Two different things share this spelling in these lines. As an interjection, 어유 is a soft 'oh my / wow', said with sympathy, admiration or mild exasperation: 어유 창희 좋겠다 'wow, lucky you, Chang Hee.' In the other lines the -유 is the Chungcheong regional version of the polite -요 (마늘을 한 스푼 넣어줘유, 대전 사람들은 그런 말투 안 써유) — an accent marker, not an interjection.

Register: casual; the -유 lines are Chungcheong dialect
