Grunted 'huh?!' pressing a point
으이 is a throaty noise tacked onto the end of an assertion to push it at the listener, roughly 'eh?! huh?!': 내 누군지 알드래요, 으이? 'you know who I am, huh?' and 사내대장부가 하는 일에 말이야 으이?! 'when a real man is doing something, eh?!' It belongs to a blustering, older-male voice and is used for comic swagger. Two lines here are unrelated — a name and someone reciting the Korean vowel chart.
Register: blustering, comic
