을지라도

'Even if / even though'

-을지라도 concedes a hard fact and then insists on going ahead anyway: 비록 현재 처한 상황이 녹록지 않을지라도 'even though the present situation is anything but easy.' It is the formal, written-sounding relative of the everyday -어도, and often follows 비록. These lines are speeches and commentary, not chat.
