Shall we? Or: I wonder

It puts a question to the listener politely, and these lines show three flavours of it: a suggestion, as in should we get one each or share one; a soft request, as in might I have your name; and wondering aloud at the audience, as in what did you all think. Notice how often the person being addressed is tacked on after the ending here, which is ordinary spoken word order.

Register: polite
