This is the ordinary conditional 으면 with an extra syllable stuck on, which speakers do to stretch the word while they think, and it means precisely the same thing: the moment you hear it, if you eat them together, if it were my usual self. Notice how many of these lines break off right after it, which is the giveaway that the speaker is holding the floor. You would not write it this way.
