Describer ending, after a consonant

Attaches to a describing word or a verb so it can modify the noun that follows: "a small bathtub", "a really nice spot", "a deep sigh", and on action verbs "the love you received". This is the same ending as ㄴ, in the shape used after a stem ending in a consonant. On an action verb it means the action is finished, which is what separates it from 는 (happening now) and 을/ㄹ (not yet).
