Let's do it together

It proposes doing something together, and every line here is exactly that: let's all eat together since we are here, let's take some pictures, let's fill up if we see cheap petrol. The form belongs to the polite formal style, but Koreans use it toward equals and juniors rather than upward, so it can sound presumptuous to a boss. For a superior you would suggest with 시죠 or with a question instead.
