'Telling someone to…', before 말 or 얘기

-으란 is -으라는 squeezed shorter: it takes a command and turns it into a modifier of the word that follows. In all eight lines that word is 말 or 얘기 — 아무도 먹으란 말 안 했는데 'nobody told you to drink it', 한국말은 끝까지 들으란 얘기가 있잖아요 'there's a saying that you listen to Korean right to the end.' The frame 으란 말이야 / 말입니다 is also how a speaker hammers home what they are demanding.
