'That it would…' under believe or think
-으리라고 states a supposition that then feeds a verb of thinking or believing — 믿다, 생각하다, 상상하다, 모르다 — even where the subtitle cuts off before it arrives: 그런 일은 없으리라고 생각하는데 'I don't think anything like that will happen.' It is the formal, slightly literary way to do this; everyday speech says -을 거라고 instead. It belongs to careful, reflective talk rather than banter.
