Whiny stretched-out ending
구우 is not an ending of its own — it is an ordinary ending with the last vowel dragged out to sound cute or plaintive, the way English writes 'pleeease'. All four lines here work that way: 나은이를 줄라구우... is 줄라고 'I got them for Na Eun', and 장난치지 말구웅! is 말고 'stop messing around!' The stretch signals sulking or wheedling, nothing more.
