하고

And; with (joining nouns)

Joins two nouns as 'and': Chinese food and pasta, onions and green onions, freestyle and backstroke. With a person in front it shifts to 'with', which is what one line here means by playing hard to get with me. 와/과 does the same joining in writing and formal speech and 랑 is the loosest of the three; 하고 sits between them and is what you actually hear in conversation.
