It offers one example to stand for a type: things like cheer up, you can do it; architecture, Seoul, hanok houses; the binoculars I bought as a child. Standard Korean spells this 이라든가, and the version with 던 used in all these lines is a very common speech habit. It often comes in strings, as in the line piling up three items in a row.
