-자니까 repeats a suggestion that was ignored, with visible irritation: 아니, 저도 같이 가자니까요 'no, I said let me go too.' The speaker is not proposing afresh, they are insisting on what they already proposed. Mid-sentence it can also mean 'when / since it was proposed that...', as in 레닌이 볼셰비키 혁명으로 전쟁에서 싹 빠지자니까.
