지마는

Old-fashioned 'but'

-지마는 is the full, slightly old-fashioned form of -지만 'but', conceding one point before making another: 물론 요즘도 재밌지마는 'of course it's still fun these days, but...' The meaning is identical to -지만; the longer shape simply sounds more measured and is more common in older speakers. Every line here is somebody weighing two sides of something.
