Playful respelling of 자
In these lines this is the syllable 자 written 쟈 for a drawled, cute effect. Four of them show it inside 잖아, the you-already-know-this ending, spelled 쟈나: we are nowhere near the Han River, you know; where has Ji Hoon got to. Two more stretch the let's ending 자 into 쟈, as in the line meaning let's get inside. Nothing about the meaning changes; only the delivery gets slower and more playful.
