Offers a confident guess, politely: I bet Jun Ji Hyun doesn't remember either, you're going to thank me for this, probably tawilis, Iksan's just before Jeonju, isn't it. It is a hedge and a claim at the same time — you are betting on it without taking full responsibility. Unlike the plain ㄹ걸, which can also mean 'I should have', the version with 요 in these lines only ever guesses.
