Asks what the other person feels like doing, or announces what you feel like doing. As a question it is an invitation — 'wanna go?', 'do you want to do one take?' — and with 시 added it becomes the polite 실래요, a soft request such as asking someone to explain the difference. The contrast worth knowing is 을까요?, which proposes something for both of you to settle together; ㄹ래? puts the choice squarely on the listener.
