Old-fashioned 'I say' ending

An old-fashioned ending an elder uses toward a younger adult, which survives today mainly as costume-drama flavour and joking: that is a wise man, you are exactly the talent our team needs. Three of these lines are the same set catchphrase 반댈세, meaning I object, used to disagree with mock gravity. Combined with 걸 it makes a confident prediction, as in the line about AI beginning to replace humans.
